There was this thread called Aaai Shunccho .. which was started by Tannishtha. The theme of her thread was simple. Members of the CGC board should record their "voice" and upload it at some site so that other members can download them, listen and provide a feedback. People started posting their introductions, few sang a line or two (in their own voice ofcourse) in that thread and with time that thread turned out to be another place to post songs/recitations and other performances.
So, the joint effort that was started by Gogol and Tanni together made us to think making this page, keeping back up copies and organizing both thread in one place!

Indydave	Talented@CGC. A man of vivid musical taste. From Kishore Kumar to Cliff Richards. Has a very nice voice that can shuttle between songs composed in 'sa ni dha' to 'do re mi'. He has posted his performances of Bangla and English songs. A very melodious voice indeed. He recently recorded this song 'Jiska Dil Pehle Se' penned by our very own Soma and composed by Indy himself. The latest addition from this person is a duet which he recorded with Kakoli. Please note these two persons live in different parts of the globe but still they managed to put it all thier efforts, do the editing and recorded this amazing song. Kakoli	Eyes@CGC. Till sometime back we knew her as the lady with one of the most beautiful eyes you can ever get to see. Soma	BettyBoop@CGC. A very high spirited member of our family and so full of fun and life. Very interested in reading/writing 'Sher-o-Shayari' and always has a couplet or two in her mind. She has rendered a few of her favourite ghazals. Apart from that she has done this very hilarious version of the famous 'Hotel California' (read Hotel Keralafornia). Someshwar	DaddyCool@CGC. Till sometime back he used to have his own band. A pianist himself, he initially shared one of the songs (Shefali Ful) which he had composed for his band. XXX	Mr. Logo@CGC. A man of many talents. Initially we knew him to be a person who has got immense talent in creating logos and banners with 3D glassy effects. Then one fine day he posted his recording where he sung 'Chain Se Humko Kabhie ...' originally sung by Asha Bhonsle. He has this capability of rendering the pain which is present in the words penned by the poet and tuned by the composer. This style of rendering a song leaves a mark in your mind and heart.
